I would like to welcome you to our Stella Maris family which lies at the heart of the Sunshine Coast.

Whether you are moving to this part of Queensland, spending a bit of time here on your adventure, going around Australia, or simply traveling up the Bruce Highway for a bit of a holiday, on behalf of us all, welcome.  We are a very large and diverse Catholic parish with four worshiping communities at Buderim, Coolum, Maroochydore, and Sippy Downs. Each community has its own story and we are eager to share it with you.

So, whether you are just passing through or intending to settle down here, don’t be afraid to make yourself known. You bring an important thread to the rich tapestry of our Parish life and we hope that you will share some of your gifts, talents, and faith with us.

Here at Stella Maris, we all recognise that we are on a pilgrim journey, trying to be better disciples.  As people of Faith that journey only makes sense when we share the journey together.  Thank you for touching base with us and on behalf of us all, once again, welcome.
