The devotion to the Sacred Heart of Jesus has a rich history within the Catholic Church dating back to the 12th and 13th centuries. Dedicating the month of June to this devotion reminds us of Our Lord’s desire through His Heart to enfold us and the whole world in His love and grace.

7^th June - The Feast of Corpus Christi also known as the Solemnity of the Most Holy Body and Blood of Christ, honoring the Real Presence of the Body and Blood of Jesus Christ in the Eucharist. 

12^th June - The Solemnity of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus  

13^th June - Memorial of the Most Immaculate Heart of the Blessed Virgin Mary

24^th June – Solemnity of the Nativity of Saint John the Baptist

29^th June – Solemnity of Saints Peter and Paul
