Siena Catholic Primary School

We are thrilled to celebrate the incredible talent of our gifted staff member, Sasha McLean, whose vibrant pieces of art have truly brightened our school. Sasha’s artwork beautifully reflects who we are as a Catholic community, with each painting radiating colour and life. Her creations not only enhance our surroundings but also inspire a deeper sense of care and respect for our school environment.

In a wonderful initiative sparked by two of our thoughtful Year 3 students, Sasha has painted a wall in one of our toilet blocks. This idea aims to encourage all students to be more respectful and take better care of our facilities. Sasha’s vibrant artwork plays a crucial role in this project, transforming these spaces into areas of beauty and pride. We are grateful for her contributions and the positive impact they have on our community.

Stella Maris Primary School

We’re so excited that the 2025 school year is underway!  The school is filled with the sounds of children laughing, playing and learning once again.  There’s a great buzz of energy in the air as people reconnect and new friendships and partnerships develop, ready for the year to unfold.

We’ve launched into the year with our new school theme: Engaged, Challenged and Ready to Thrive!  You would be amazed at the insights the children have had already, as we have explored the intent and possibilities of this theme.  It has set us up for a year of focus, learning, growth and resilience so that everyone in our community can flourish, just as God wants us to do.  Let the 2025 adventures unfold!

Siena Catholic College

On Friday 31 January, Siena Catholic College celebrated our Year 12 Induction with a Leadership Liturgy and Blessing of Badges.

All students and Year 12 parents attended this occasion where our Year 12 cohort was acknowledged and celebrated with their senior badges being blessed by Father Isaac. Several significant ritual actions occur such as the unfurling of the banners of our College Patron Saints: St Bernadino and St Catherine of Siena, St Mary of the Cross Mackillop, Blessed Frederick Ozanam, St Teresa of Calcutta and Saint Dominic, the founder of the Order of Preachers.

We thank Father Isaac and Dylan Asmus for their presence.

2025 will contain both possibilities and challenges for our Year 12 students, each of which will be guided by a God who walks with us.
